| Question Number 1: I am writing to make a formal request for information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding collaborative working (including joint working) projects with pharmaceutical and related companies that your organisation is involved in. For clarity, by 鈥渃ollaborative鈥� I mean projects/initiatives where by you are working with one or more pharmaceutical companies to deliver enhanced patient care or are for the benefit of patients or alternatively benefit the NHS and, as a minimum, maintain patient care. By 鈥淛oint working鈥� I mean projects/initiatives involving working between one or more pharmaceutical company and healthcare organisation(s), which is patient-centred and always benefits patients. For each collaborative/joint working project entered into from April 2019 to today please detail: 鈥� Name of project/initiative 鈥� Date entered into the project/initiative 鈥� Name of the pharmaceutical company/companies 鈥� Name of the NHS organisations involved 鈥� The aims/goals used to justify the project 鈥� Resources planned to be utilized in the projections, or assessments conducted by your organisations on the outcomes or impact of these joint working projects 鈥� When the project/initiative is planned to be complete | |
