All email correspondence sent or received by your Trust Chairman, any Trust Executive Director, any Trust Non-Executive Director or any Trust Governor regarding or mentioning the above plan or proposal. Please ensure all information within the correspondence is included, such as sender, recipients and dates are included as this is considered vital to verify full compliance. ii. Any report, paper or project plan regarding or mentioning the above plan or proposal. iii. Copies of all agendas, minutes and papers submitted to the Trust Council of Governors. Where necessary, and in instances where the appropriate limit may be applicable, please limit this information to that dated within the last 12 months. | |
