| Answer To Question 2: Sectra Uniview, Upload and Store is used to obtain and send the imaging to Sectra PACS. Medical photography imaging is stored in existing PACS system so there is no separate solution. The file type is generally JPEG but it can also ingest MP4 video files. | |
| Question Number 3: 3. Does this solution include clinical staff capturing photographs as part of the patient care episode? e.g. Nursing staff photographing bedsores during an inpatient stay (per the current safeguarding guidelines) or A&E capturing photographs of injuries on a night shift. | |
| Answer To Question 3: Yes, Nursing Staff undertake the capture of photographs as part of wound care/ tissue viability management. | |
| Question Number 4: 4. Is this a patient centric solution that clinicians can access at the point of care to review photographs or other digital content e.g. videos.? | |
| Answer To Question 4: Clinicians with the correct permissions can view the patient imaging history within Sectra Uniview as well as using it to upload medical photography. | |

| Answer To Question 6: The cost of this solution is absorbed into the overall PACS contract costs with quarterly maintenance paid and the contract ends in June 2028. It is not possible to extrapolate the specific costs for Medical Photography as Sectra Uniview and Upload and Store are all included within the price for our Sectra PACS system. | |
